*GOOD MORNING SAINTS* *SPRINGBOARD DAILY DEVOTIONAL* *THURSDAY 20TH JUNE, 2024* *TOPIC: IN CHRiSt, NO ONE PERISHES* *"For God so loved the world,that he gave his only begotten son,that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life"* (John 3:16). The above text conveys a fact that many believers ignorantly argue, debate or disagree about. The fact remains that what every believer enjoys today is eternal salvation - eternal security. The phrase “should not perish but have everlasting life” expresses the fact of the eternal nature of our salvation. Believers are exempted from judgement and punishment for sin. The next verse that follows our theme text says, *"For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved".* (John 3:17).
