DEAD TO SIN
“What shall we say then” shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein”. (Romans 6:1-2).
Many believers are struggling today with sin because they are yet to come to term with the reality of their salvation. As a born again child of God, you no longer have problem with sin because the nature of sin has been replaced with the divine nature of righteousness. Most of us still struggle with sin because we are either misinformed or we lack sufficient information to this effect.
According to our theme scripture, what does the bible mean by the phrase? “You are dead to sin”? It simply means that the power of over you has been completely destroyed, syphoned and emptied. It means sin shall not have dominion over you (Rom. 6:14) because “He that is dead is free from sin” (Rom. 6:7). The strength of sin is law which has been abolished by Jesus and this has completely rendered sin ineffective. “Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make of himself train one new man so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain enmity thereby” (Ephesians 2: 15-16)”. It is precisely evident that sin has been rendered powerless by Jesus’ victory over sin.
You don’t’ have to struggle with sin anymore feeling sorry and condemned for yourself but meditate and live consciously in the reality of who you are in Christ. If you make mistake, pray and ask Him for forgiveness, and pay attention on His righteousness. Practice doing the word of God, keep declaring the word that you are righteous and not a sinner, soon you will be free from sin and its consciousness.

Confession
I am not  ignorant of the truth that I am the righteous of God in  Christ . I am dead to sin living victoriously unto god. The nature of sin in me have been placed with that of divine righteousness. I am righteousness in Christ.

WE PASSIONATELY CARE ABOUT YOU
We believe there is a void in every person that only a relationship with God can fill. We’re not referring to finding religion or joining a particular church we are referring to having a relationship with your heavenly father through his son Jesus Christ. We believe that knowing him is the source of true peace and fulfillment in life we encourage you to pray thus: Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead I hereby confess you as my lord and savior. I receive the life of God into my spirit and now am born again.
Thank you lord jesus for the new life I have now in you. In Jesus name – amen.
