SPRINGBOARD DAILY DEVOTIONAL

TOPIC: CELEBRATING YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS IN CHRIST 1

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit. For the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death” (Romans 8:1-2)
I Timothy 2:3-4 says, “… For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our savior. Who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth”. The above verses of the Bible instructively affirms the fact that the believer will cease from merely existing to the point where he will start living in His fullness, when he begins to function in the knowledge (Greek: Epignosis) of the truth. Where these existing truths are applied appropriately, it makes the believer invincible in the face of any challenge and the devil.
No matter who you’re, where you are, what you do and where you do what you do, God wants your life to be a reflection of the truth of who you really are in Christ.
It is a reality and a fact to be known, accepted and function in the consciousness that a born again child of God has a new nature of righteousness that makes him holy, unblameable and unreprovable in His sight. (Colossians 1:22). Reason being that when he became born again, he received God’s nature of righteousness. Sometimes because of ignorance, he may be saying, “my life is full of mistake”. Yes, that may be the case but not withstanding, you’re still unblameable in God’s sight because Jesus took the responsibility of all failures and mistakes you’d ever make.
God is not charging you for your mistakes; He’s not angry with you when you make mistakes “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing (not charging) their trespasses unto them..” (2 Corinthians 5:19) it means there’s an existing borderline created by the Blood of Jesus which makes a child of God not to be held accountable for his sins.
It doesn’t really matter who’s pointing fingers at you, you’re unblameable. As a result of the righteousness of God you received, you’re qualified to stand in the presence of God without inferiority, guilt or condemnation. As far as God is concerned, your place in Christ has made you righteous. Your works cannot make you righteous, live daily in this consciousness and you’ll manifest the reality of who you’re in Him.

PRAYER: Dear Father, thank you for your nature of righteousness given to me at salvation. I walk daily in the consciousness and reality of this truth, in Jesus name – Amen.

WE PASSIONATELY CARE ABOUT YOU
We believe there is a void in every person that only a relationship with God can fill. We’re not referring to finding religion or joining a particular church we are referring to having a relationship with your heavenly father through his son Jesus Christ. We believe that knowing him is the source of true peace and fulfillment in life we encourage you to pray thus: Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead I hereby confess you as my lord and savior. I receive the life of God into my spirit and now am born again.
Thank you lord Jesus for the new life I have now in you. In Jesus name – amen.
