SPRINGBOARD DAILY DEVOTIONAL

“Howbeit when he, the spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come”
(1 John 16:13)
The TLB version of the above verse of the scripture goes thus: “When the Holy spirit, who is truth, comes…. He will tell you about the future”. Beloved, knowing what will become of you in the future is very important and one that is born again ought not to be anxious about the future. But in every place we find people who are afraid of their tomorrow; they are uncertain about their future. Most of the time, this creates a scenario where you see people struggle to succeed, they live trying to merely survive and never reaching the peak of fulfillment. What stifles a great future is your inability to see it because it is what you see that will ultimately determine the size of your life. The moment you can dare to see, that’s the moment the actualization begins. Because the future you see ignites fire within you to pursue or grow into it.
Now, as a child of God, life doesn’t have to be mysterious anymore to you because the Holy Spirit lives in you; He is there to guide you and also bring the future into your present. The Holy spirit will let you know that no matter how bad or low the present may seem, He will definitely bring you into the glorious future He has shown you. That’s what the Psalmist meant when he said, “Thou wilt shew me the path of life in the presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand, there are pleasures forevermore” (Psalm 16:11).
The first thing you must do in taking possession of all God has prepared for you is to take possession of your thoughts. And winning the battle of your thought life requires meditating daily on the truths as contend in the word of God; studying diligently to show yourself approved (2 Timothy 2:15). You must become as skilled in your thoughts and words as a swordman is with his sword. Taking control of your thoughts will cause you to take control of your life. This is because you cannot reach where your thoughts have not reached.
By yourself, you can’t know the path that brings success, joy, victory and prosperity, but the Holy spirit has come to lead you into that path – let Him have His way.

WE PASSIONATELY CARE ABOUT YOU
WE PASSIONATELY CARE ABOUT YOU
We believe there is a void in every person that only a relationship with God can fill. We’re not referring to finding religion or joining a particular church we are referring to having a relationship with your heavenly father through his son Jesus Christ. We believe that knowing him is the source of true peace and fulfillment in life we encourage you to pray thus: Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead I hereby confess you as my lord and savior. I receive the life of God into my spirit and now am born again.
Thank you lord Jesus for the new life I have now in you. In Jesus name – amen
