SPRINGBOARD DAILY DEVOTIONAL

                                                January 11.
“He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it, Rehoboth, saying, “Now the Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land”
(Genesis 26:22 NN)
Sometimes, people find themselves in situations that get them discouraged even when they have tried in several ways to get a change, nothing seems to happen. This is when a lot of people lose the confidence and enthusiasm to succeed. Things just happen to them that are so different from their expectation; they fight hard to remain in the game and keep themselves afloat in life, yet their result don’t line up with their expectation.
If you find yourself in such a situation, know that it’s not time to relax and begin to complain, instead you should go deep in the word to condition your heart for success. You must learn to refuse contrary voices that tell you you’re not going to succeed. Whenever such negative thoughts come to you, never you allow it to settle in, instead you should declare boldly that you’re a success. Keep saying who you know you are as contained in the word of God; say it until your spirit is perpetually conditioned to think success and not failure and prosperity and not poverty.
After Isaac departed from Gerar, he ventured into the well business but the enemy was out to frustrate his efforts. Though his first two attempts failed, he did not lose hope. He persevered until he eventually conquered. Isaac did not interpret the future of his business by the prevailing circumstances he was faced with but by the promises of God to him.
A lot of people are failing in the pursuit of their vision because they gave up in the face of challenges, because the business didn’t provide instant profit, they abandoned it and went after some other thing. Furthermore, Isaac went further to expand his business even when there was stiff opposition – he refused to settle for less.
Beloved, like Isaac, you should stop thinking small because with the grace of God available to you, there’s no level you cannot attain. Its time to spread out and lift the bar of your game by knowing more about what you’ve been called to do. You cannot become indisputably outstanding, you cannot increase your sphere of influence until you choose to expand. So beyond the pursuit of your dream, think expansion.

WE PASSIONATELY CARE ABOUT YOU
We believe there is a void in every person that only a relationship with God can fill. We’re not referring to finding religion or joining a particular church we are referring to having a relationship with your heavenly father through his son Jesus Christ. We believe that knowing him is the source of true peace and fulfillment in life we encourage you to pray thus: Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead I hereby confess you as my lord and savior. I receive the life of God into my spirit and now am born again.
Thank you lord Jesus for the new life I have now in you. In Jesus name – amen
