SPRINGBOARD DAILY DEVOTIONAL
January 8 INSIST ON YOUR VISION 1
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie; though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry” (Habakkuk 2:3)
A lot of people are not successful in life because of their attitude towards the fulfillment of their God-given vision. As I write to you this morning, God has assured me that any of His child that will exhibit courage to keep pushing on in his vision will celebrate great victory this year. Anything that ever stood out; anything that became successful was built. Be it marriage, career, ministry, business, etc, it must be built.
After discovering God’s call, it must be built and the way you build matters. Because of crave for instant success, a lot of people don’t follow God’s principles for lasting success hence it doesn’t matter their achievement, it doesn’t endure long.
Beloved, the picture of your future will ultimately determine your life’s outcomes. It is what you are able to see that will affect how your life will turn out to be. The Bible speaking in Luke 16-16says, “The law and the prophets were until John:since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man preesseth into it”. The above verse of the scripture buttresses the fact that you can only seize what you see and also, you can only insist on what you’ve seen. You cannot “press” into what you’ve not dared to see because it is what you see that fuels your passion.
“And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him. And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. And he looked up and said, I see men as trees walking. After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly”(Mark 8:22-25). Until your vision is clear, it is not certain and success is not guaranteed.
When you see your vision clearly, it doesn’t matter, the opposition, you’ll insist and stay in it. Remember how opposing and intimidating voices shouted down at Blind Bartimaeus to keep quiet but he kept insisting on his desire. You must ignore the voices of those who say you cannot have what you want. Insist firmly on your vision. Remember, your vision is a perception of a God ordained future, wake up and pursue it passionately.

PRAYER: Dear Father, I thank you for clarity of vision. I courageously press into my vision clearing out of my way every interruption, in Jesus name, Amen.
WE PASSIONATELY CARE ABOUT YOU
We believe there is a void in every person that only a relationship with God can fill. We’re not referring to finding religion or joining a particular church we are referring to having a relationship with your heavenly father through his son Jesus Christ. We believe that knowing him is the source of true peace and fulfillment in life we encourage you to pray thus: Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead I hereby confess you as my lord and savior. I receive the life of God into my spirit and now am born again.
Thank you lord Jesus for the new life I have now in you. In Jesus name – amen
