“And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing, and I will receive you” (2 Corinthians 6:15-17).

Your faith will be very ineffective when you don’t know who you are, what you have, and your abilities in Christ.  That’s why I keep saying that Christianity is not a religion but a lifestyle where man houses God and takes the presence of God to wherever he goes. When you acknowledge that as a believer you house God, it makes your life exceptional.
One of the amazing blessings of Christianity is that God tabernacles in us; He lives in us; we’re the temple of the living God, it doesn’t get better than that. This is a present hour reality. The word translated “temple” our theme verses (2 Corinthians 6:15-17) doesn’t refer to the ordinary everyday temple, rather it refers specifically to an inner shrine and it is the Greek word “naos.” It refers to the inner sanctuary, the shrine that houses the image of God. Even though for the Jews there was no image in the Holy of Holies but in there was the presence of God.
Paul here is referring to the very place the presence of God resides. Remember in Luke 17:20-21 when the disciples Jesus when the kingdom of God shall come, He emphatically responded by saying to them that the kingdom of God is within them. And that was a promissory note to be cashed at Jesus’ resurrection.
In reality, if you’re born again, the kingdom of God is within you; we don’t say, “Thy kingdom come” because that prayer was answered when the Holy Spirit came to abode in men. When the Holy spirit took up abode in your heart, you ceased to be an ordinary man; you’re now a walking God: His living tabernacle. You’re a carrier of all of God’s power and majesty and the realization of this makes you see life from the point view of victory, dominion and success. You can’t be conscious of this life in you and you’re defeated or struggling as a believer.

PRAYER: Dear
Father, I thank you for your indwelling presence in me. I am conscious of this who I am in Christ and I prevail over circumstances by the indwelling spirit in me, in Jesus name – Amen.

WE PASSIONATELY CARE ABOUT YOU
We believe there is a void in every person that only a relationship with God can fill. We’re not referring to finding religion or joining a particular church we are referring to having a relationship with your heavenly father through his son Jesus Christ. We believe that knowing him is the source of true peace and fulfillment in life we encourage you to pray thus: Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead I hereby confess you as my lord and savior. I receive the life of God into my spirit and now am born again.

Thank you lord Jesus for the new life I have now in you. In Jesus name – amen
